Hi, I’m Richelle Kristi, your fitness intructor at The Monarch Ballroom! I invite you to kick off 2019 by complementing your ballroom dance practice with Yoga and Zumba Fitness.
As you may know, yoga is a must for healthy aging as it increases your balance, strength and flexibility. My Yoga Wheel classes combine all of the benefits of a flow and restorative yoga practice as well as spine and back mobility for backs that suffer from extended chair sitting or hunching over while on a computer or looking down at a cell phone.
Zumba Fitness is known for its energetic latin rhythms. It involves dance and aerobic movements that not only burn a ton of calories, but also tone and sculpt your body without even realizing it. You’ll dance to great music and with great people! We even spice up the experience with belly dancing skirts, Zumba Toning Sticks and more! Stay tuned for NEW class formats in the New Year such as Strong by Zumba, Flow Yoga and Sevillana dance classes from Spain! ¡Olé!
